Hello, yes you can have a Cent Account, for exemple, if you deposit USD$ 10.00 your ballance account will be USC$ 1000.00 with the same lot size and other characteristics as a normal account.
There are many brokers with this feature, but I like this one, ForexTime, because they have 5 digits prices. Most commonly for cent accounts is 4 digits prices.
