For now local Visual Studio is taken, later we will include online compilation service.

When will these libraries be available?
The ability to compile C++ to DLLs will be available in the next build next week.
This will be the first version that requires a local compiler for now, and then there will be support for the online service.
I understand that MK is going to translate popular libraries to MKL5. And will create its own library. I must have misunderstood.
