You created an account with the broker, opened an account and funded it.
That's where you should contact technical support.

This is a forum of a software company, and discussion of brokers is forbidden on this forum.
There are other (different) forums that specialise in discussing brokers, and some even give advice (help) and so on - look in google (one English forum I know, but I don't remember the Russian ones ... so - just google it).
