MQL5 programmer certification - page 8

TheXpert:
That's how it turns out, all you need is someone who can organise the process to your advantage.

- "there's no fish here"

- who are you?

- director of the rink

))

With the prices currently being quoted in the "Jobs" service, the issue of certification looks ridiculous.

A "certified professional" will "bend" as much as $20 instead of $10 for all the other providers? What are you talking about? ;)

notused:
When it will be possible to earn by mql programming at least $1.5-2K per month (I mean exactly the programmer's salary, and not to make some grail and sell it for a couple dozen quid), then we will be able to introduce the certification. Since it is unrealistic as of today, the question of certification is raised too early.

The figure is quite realistic.

If you do not chase orders for $10 and respect your work, you will find interesting and expensive work.

At the same time, of course, it is necessary to write qualitatively, otherwise the notoriety will scare away all potential customers.

Is certification necessary?

For professionals who will maintain the server, probably yes. For programmers who write robots - probably not. IMHO: Participation in the championship is a proof of sufficiently high qualification of a programmer without any certificate.

Why not realistic? It's realistic!

Unless, of course, you're writing for $10-$20.

I've written many times about valuing your work

Not to write the price cheaper than a taxi fare

Or reduce the cost of their work below the cost of a plumber installing a toilet bowl

Great discussion,

Unfortunately we only have pool in English section :(https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/6728

It's all about dealing with knowledgeable person or not.

Many thanks to Urain.

What is the need for "certification"?
Reputation and published work, under Jobs, Articles and Code_Base are good enough to show programmer skills and reliability.
Best certification, hard work at mql5.com.

And every time the next plumber is cooler than the previous one, the first question he asks you is: "What kind of idiot did this to you? :))
