Is the remote update function disabled or what?

It's been the same thing all day:

Can you please advise how an EA implemented on MT5 can send trade requests via MT4?

I.e. all logic, GUI, ticks receipt - all this is done in MT5 Expert Advisor, but trade request, actually OrderSend() should be done through MT4.

but the trade request itself should be implemented through MT4. How to make it easier? (The problem is caused by the fact that alpari does not allow to use MT5 on a real account yet, only MT4 is available).

I would be able to implement in MT4 what is possible in MT5 or not.

Theoretically it is possible, in my opinion, it would be even easier than MT5 to trade on MT4 signals.

Of course, there are certain difficulties (related to timer, events and such things), but I'm sure they can be bypassed if you want to.

I found the answer in the articles - through an external file. I was thinking about it myself, but maybe MT4 has some external API, like dll,

which can pull theOrderSend() function. Quik platform has such a dll.

It would be easier - from running MT5 EA to import MT4 dll.
