No. No need. Everything is solved with pure MQL/R/Python, both in MT4 and MT5.

That's not what ONNX is for. It's for "workers" on the Market.
 

I suggest thinking about possible ways to stratify the training FX sample, why in some cases this is a good thing - Babushkin explains

ONNX is designed for transferring models, not for workers in the market (this is a nice bonus). Also announced a competition, if you want to participate in the competition, to show their talents not in words, but in deed so to speak. So it is necessary to have a lot of people to use it, otherwise who will compete.

After the competitions there is usually a lot of useful actual information, like on the cagle. What, where and why, what works and what does not.
