You can provide migration/synchronize once again:
connect your Metatrader with trading account which is associated with MQL5 VPS according to this page https://www.mql5.com/en/vps/subscriptions ,
do not open (close) any charts, and provide the migration.
After that - check in journal about what was migrated.
