hello, i know its dumb, but i want to know if i purchase any EA from mql5, and the seller allow multiple activation, and if i want to use the EA on my other laptop, do i need to login with same mql5 account in other laptop, or i can use my activation on other mql5 account too?

activations are per hardware + software.
and the other laptop will required the other activations.
Because activations/purchases are per mql5 account.

So, you need to login with same mql5 account in Community tab of Metatrader to see your purchases and to use activations.

thankyou soo much i get answer of my question, 

can you tell also about signals, 

do i need to have vps for copying signals, 

and if my laptop is in shutdown mood, do signals will copy automatic or i need to let the pc on whole time?

It is strongly recommended to have MQL5 VPS (or any other VPS) for copying signals.
