First make sure you are logged into your MQL5 account in MT4/5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community tab, with your phoenixcapital login and NOT your email and then make sure you've done everything as described here:

Log into your mql5 account on your mt5 platform, click on signal icon and choose your signal then just enable it on options/tools > signal.
