My Signals are disconnected

Why all of my signals from one of the broker are disconnected? And when I tried to add new signal and try to find server, I can't be found. Any solutions?

The probable cause is a disconnection for violations. You need to make a request to ServiceDesk.

Some servers of some brokers are not available to create the signals with them.

Besides, it may be the other reason: the broker may change the name of the server:
compare the server name in your Metatrader with the name of the servers on this page: https://www.mql5.com/en/signals/subscriptions
(if it is the case so contact with your broker for details).
