Historic data lost by MT5 update

Have you checked your folder. Maybe a new folder was created and the old one still exists?
I'm really sad and angry because all my historic data's ticks of 30+ actives on more than 20 MT5 terminal was LOST BY MT5 UPDATE ,
I'd like to know if some suffered something similar and if more data was LOST (idk what... But i can imagine).
Loss data by MT5 updates are common???? (Don't worry, I have my data on a cloud, but take a long time load data...)
