my signal is not working
It can be for several reasons.
First of all - check the subscription procedure (just in case you missed something):

After that - check Metatrader journal/logs (or MQL5 VPS journal/logs), because if you installed your subscription in correct way and provider opened position but this position was not copied to you so this information should be written on the logs.
And most often case in this situation is mapping (mapping is not a bug, it is feature in signal service).

can anyone help me, my problem is about last week i followed signal "xauusd II signal" and my broker is using "VantageFxinternational-Live mt5" till now it's been 7 days not opening a position while i see signaler has been open several times please someone help answer the problem I thank you
