I purchased a product yesterday but up to now, am still not able to activate it because it is not appearing anywhere in my account. kindly assist with what could be the issue.

Login into your MQL5 account in MT4/5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community with your okumutosh login and NOT your email or any other, then go down in the Market tab, click the Purchased option and finally the blue Install button on the right.

Check your purchase in your profile here https://www.mql5.com/en/users/okumutosh/market (if you purchased the product using your Okumutosh profile so this product should be there).
Besides, it is also related to the following: which payment systen you used to purchase.
Because if you paid directly from your MQL5 account/profile so the payment is going to be done in almost immediate way.
But if you paid using paypal or Visa so you should ways for some days.
