Can't open MT5 on my Windows.

I can't open my MT5 in my Windows, not even as an Admin. The action won't even show on the Task Manager panel. I just installed the program and I'm yet to create my user profile on the software.

Maybe there's a plugin or an app I have to download first? I downloaded MT5 from 3 different websites, desintalled and reinstalled it time after time, the problem repeats. No clue about what to do.

Any help will be appreciated.

1. Windows 32-bit is not supported by Metatrader 5 anymore.
So, Metatrader 5 will not be started/opened in case your Windows is 32-bit.
You may check it when you are able to open MT5:

If you have a question, first of all you should show the first three lines from the 'Journal' tab

(select these lines, copy to the clipboard and paste into the message using the button ). It should look like this:

2. Several traders had this issue (it is what I can read on this forum), and this issue was related to their anti-virus and/or firewall in their Windows.
Yes, several users fixed this issue by themselves, and they told to all of us: "it is issue related to anti-virus and/or firewall."
Two users are from Russian forum and one from this forum.
So, close your antivirus (turn it off) and made an exception in antivirus for Metatrader.

4. Are you using some external VPS?
Because some VPS providers were banned from the Market and from mql5 portal.

So, I mentioned 4 possibilities on my post above.
Start with item #2:
delete antivirus/remove/close and made an exception for terminal.exe file (and for Metatrader in generasl) in firewall/antivirus and so on.
