Not all signals are rated and ranked in the MQL5.com website or in the MT4/5 terminal signal database.
But this one is rated and already has subscribers???
How do you know that it is rated?
The fact that it has subscribers doesn't mean that it is rated and ranked right now.
Rating comes and goes and depends on the trading style and the risk taken, it is not permanent.

Aaahhh... ok I did not know that.
I assumed that with subscribers he must be ranked.
So how can I subscribe to it then?

Hello there,
I am trying to subscribe to a signal.
I CAN find in through the MQL5 website - but NOT when I am logged in on my MT5 terminal??
I have checked all settings - and am logged correctly in. My funds reflect correctly and I can find other providers.
This has happened once before and the solution was that provider had a different name somewhere in back-end - but I can't find anything in this case.
Please help.
