Cant register a new vps
Deposit some funds to your mql5 forum account, and pay directlty from it.
The MQL5 VPS is per trading account, and you should log onto this trading account to register this MQL5 VPS.
Of course, you can change it later for the other trading account for example.
It means: check the trading server (the server you are connecting to ... the server may be changed by the broker for example).
If nothing helps so write to the service desk.
