dll is prohibited on this MQL5 VPS.
So, your error (on your screenshot) is most likely about dll which this EA is trying to use (according to my experience sorry).
And it is nothing to do with the service desk.

Besides, as I see from your screenshot - some custom indicator is not loaded.
So, it may be related to the following:

Thaks for your help. 


The expert was not loading because it requires the indicator. 


The problem was solved. I had to add it to the chart, not only to the indicator folder-.
