cancelation of purchase under 7 days

I was led to belileve there is a way to cancel your purchase if done so under 7 days? even if that means i only get mql5 credit back  that is fine, i was dooped into buying something that is not what its advertised to be and i am sick by it. any information would be appreciated, tried searching nothing came up

If you did not activate this product so you can cancel it, and the money will automatically be refunded to your mql5 forum account/profile.

I've just been informed that a  cancellation is only available for: non-rent purchases made within 7 days and having 0 used activations.
