Pips Measure on MT5 for Mobile does not work

Hello,

I just switched from my desktop to mobile trading (iPhone and iPad). It is great, but I came across one important problem:

I can not measure the pips.

I found some tutorials which shows : enable the crosshair, get it in position, hold the left finger on horizontal line and the right finger on the other side an then drag that line up or down.

No matter what or how I try, it does not work.

Please tell me what I am doing wrong.

Calculating the risk by pips manually is very complicated.

Also setting the stoploss does not seem to work.

I am used to the desktop where I set the entry and then drag to SL line up or down.

It says, this also works on the mobile version, but I can not make it work.


Please advice.

i hv also tried that with my iPhone but didn't work
 

According to the documentation, the "Ruler" functionality is not available on the iOS version of the mobile app.

It seems that the functionality is only possible on the Android version.
