HELP expert panel not showing on my chart anymore MT4

Hi could anybody advise me what to do. I have a special panel in expert advisers which when activated it shows in the left part of the chart...at least it did until now. And now when I let say open a new chart-forex pair and click on panel in expert adviser only the smiling emoji comes on in the top right corner, but no panel on the left side is visible as it used to up till now. Does anybody know how to solve that problem? Thanks in advance 
 

Did you check the errors?

Is it your EA or did you buy it? If you bought it you should write a msg to the owner, maybe he changed something...

with only that info I can't help you more
