I have purchase a fairly expensive indicator and am unable to login to my mql5.com account through the mt4 platform.
I have reset the password and login info about 12 times. and I get the error message "incorrect login or password"
I have noticed that these reset values do not fit the "Login Id" space that is alloted, for instance:
This is the last Login Id I received from the resets that I have done -
Login: auto_97d07658352038a1771f4b6015652985 - the problem with this is when you paste it into the cell for Login it drops off the last 6 digits so this is what you get ...
Login: auto_97d07658352038a1771f4b6015, so okay I thought maybe the auto_ is not part of the Login ID so I dropped that part and this is what it get ...
Login: 97d07658352038a1771f4b601565298 and you can see that it dropped the 5 at the end of the number sequence. How is one supposed to figure out what the Login ID actually is.
I suspect that this is where the problem is in my efforts to try to download/install the indicator through the mt4 platform.
Does anyone know what the solution to this is and if so please share.
