Refund request for signals with no trade

Hi, I've subscribed to a signal which in four days did not make any trade. Currently the signal is suspended. Is that possible to ask a refund?

And you can check the Rules of Using the Signals Service about some other options for example.

I've subscribed mt4 signal for next 3 months and when 30/4/2017 signal will be 2 month left...
