When it says Projects and it has a %, what does that % number mean?
The % of the projects that are personal jobs
When it says Arbitration and it has ratio, which is better. If the green number is higher than the red or vis-versa?
The 1st number is the % completed in favour of the developer, the 2nd in favour of the customer.
In my opinion, the only number that matters are those in favour of the customer because this means that the developer did something wrong.
Also you should take into consideration the number of jobs. If a developer has completed 10 jobs and has had 5 cancelled in favour of the customer, that is obviously much worse than a develope who has completed 1000 jobs and has had 5 cancelled in favour of the customer
When it says Overdue, does that mean the number of times they didn't finish by the required deadline?
Theoretically yes, but the figure really doesn't count for much because you don't know whether the delay is due to the developer or the customer.
