Trade is disabled

I'm new to this platform, when i try to place an order, it says "Trade is disabled". Please help.

Please provide more details about the trade attempt, such as what symbol, at what time/date, and show us the log files of the error. Alternatively speak to you broker about it.

 
  • Login to your trading account with your master password (do not use investor's password for login).
  • Besides, you can look at the symbol specification (the trade may be disabled by the broker for some symbol or for some period of time/day).
