If yes so you should check the journal/logs of MQL5 VPS (because everything is written on VPS journal).

This VPS is MQL5 VPS from here?

No, not MQL5 VPS. I'm using external VPS.
In the same VPS, I have other MT4/5 terminals using EA and other signals. They're all working fine. CPU utilization is at ~50%-60%.
What makes this is weird is that it's only from this one signal. Again, the copying of this signal has been working fine for months. Just no trade yesterday, for both accounts.
If this issue is only on one account, then maybe something's wrong with the connection. But we're talking about 2 different brokers in 2 different VPS.

If it is external VPS so it may be something wrong with VPS.
Anyway, you can check the logs once again, check Internet Explorer 11 version to be installed on VPS, and more.
It is about what i am checking in case of external VPS (it is for MT4, but it is same for MT5):

I am trying my MT4 (build1320).
1. I made Community login:
2. and checked in Metatrader journal:
3. I checked Internet Explorer installed on computer:
4. I checked the settings of Internet Explorer: yes, I can use the chat with not a problem by sending/receiving the messages:
5. Signal tab works:
6. Market tab works:
Besides, it is necessary to check the subscription settings once again:

and check the connection of Metatrader instances to the brokers' servers.
----------------
And as far as I know - some external VPS providers were banned from MQL5 services (it is about the Market with 403 error code but it may be same for the Signal service without error code):

3. You are using VPS which was blocked by the service (look at the post #19). Yes, some external VPS providers were blocked from the Market by MQ. You may write to the service desk, and if it is confirmed (if your VPS provider was banned from the service) so you can change VPS company provider for example.

All these are working correctly.

The VPS is not blocked by MQL5. As I said, the signal has been copying for months with no problem using this VPS.
All these are working correctly.
We do not know about it - correctly or not.
You only can check it.
Besides, as far as I know - some VPS providers banned from the signal service.

I just replied in "theoretical way" about what may be happened related to this situation.

I found out that some people are also experiencing the same problem as me - https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/370575
Good to know that this is not happening only to me.

This issue was day before yesterday and yesterday in the morning for the short period of time (not for the whole day, it was for some minutes or one hour).
And this problem does not exist today.
The people are complaining because they asked for some tools to know when this short period of time disconnection is happened (because it is really difficult to monitor MQL5 VPS logs or Metatrader journal all day and night).
So, it is not confirmed that your problem is same with their problem which was some time ago for the short period of time.

I'm subscribing 1 signal in 2 different accounts (different brokers), using 2 different VPS. It's been going okay for months now.
Suddenly, yesterday there's no trading in these 2 accounts, even though the signal had some trades. I checked the journal in both MT5 terminals, there's no error message, no message about signal is disabled. Nothing. It's just no trade.
What could be the problem here?
