Whi I cannot see Trade Entriy arrows on my charts?

Whi I cannot see Trade Entriy arrows on my charts? On a different broker I could see them by activating trading history but I changed the broker and I dont know how see my entries !

On MetaTrader 5:

• First enable it in the Options: Ctrl-O (Options) -> Charts -> Show Trade History
  
• Then enable it on the Chart: F8 (Chart Properties) -> Show (Tab) -> Show Trade History
