Bought entry point pro and can’t download it

 
I recently bought an entry point pro on an account I just opened via my iPhone and when it came to down loading it I wa asked to use a windows pc which I tried to is but could not open the account on my laptop and was asked to register which I did on my phone via Facebook and when I tried looking for the account on my phone I couldn’t find it and the download was on the initial account I used, now I can’t contact mql5 to help with the problem, any assistance will be appreciated, thanks

You can only use the products on the desktop version of the MetaTrader terminal. You cannot use it on the mobile app.

You also cannot login with your Facebook login to access market products. You have to use your MQL5 login and in your case according to your current profile, would be "akaleme83".

 

In desktop Metatrader:

  • Fill Community tab in Metatrader with your forum login and forum password.
    Your forum login is akaleme83 (do not use your email for login).

  • Use your native forum password to fill Community tab in Metatrader (do not use any password received from google/facebook).
    If you registered using google or facebook so use the following link to get new password for example:
    https://www.mql5.com/en/auth_forgotten


  • Make sure that you have Internet Explorer the latest version installed on your PC (I am having version 11).
