Moving signal to other trading account or cancel&buy?

Via signals/subscriptions I want to change my signal to a different account. I have 2 MT5 accounts at my broker, but I can inly select one account to move the subscription to. This is the same account I’ve already subscribed a signal.

Any suggestion on how I can make me other account visible? so I can move my signal subscription to my other account
When you move your subscription you only fil in the new trading account you want your signal subscription to be moved.
Be careful filling up the account details, because you can only move your subscription once a week.
