Can I build my own MT5 server to provide data to MT5?

I'm working on something where I need to provide custom data to MT5, without an intermediary broker.
I can't find any information about the data format. MetaQuotes doesn't provide contact details besides their representatives/resellers.
If you know where can I find this information, please reply to this topic.
If you just want to produce static data for a custom or synthetic symbol to share with someone, then use "Custom Symbols".
If you you want to be a back-end provider of sorts, then you have to license broker type software services from MetaQuotes, and you will have to deal with them directly as this is a user forum.
