EA activation gone due to Windows update
Hello,
whom and where should I contact when I had to reinstall my bought EA to get it working again?
One activation was used for this process what should not be the case.

That is exactly the case after every major windows update and that is the reason Metaquotes usually credits one extra activation in such cases, universally for all MQL5 members.
An activation may be needed too, after a computer format, a new windows installation or a hardware upgrade, like a hard disk replacement for example, but an extra activation is not credited in such cases.
