Login works on web but not in MetaTrader app

Using the same credentials in the MetaTrader app but getting unauthorized error message.
What am I doing wrong?

not sure it is you, today I get "unauthorised access" messages from mobile, but fine on web, same credentials

 

Login to Community tab with your forum login and forum password.
Your forum login is usermax (do not use your email for login, and do not use google/facebook related password).

Users can use email to login on web, but email can not be used in Community tab in Metatrader.
For example, your login is maxtrader because -
https://www.mql5.com/en/users/maxtrader

Besides, if some users came from google or facebook and use their password so it odes not work in Community tab.
It should be a native forum password, and to get it - it is necessary to use this link (in case the user is having password provided by google/facebook for example):

i can't login with my google account because mt4 pc terminal not have google login options

If you forgot your password, or you registered using google or facebook so use the following link to get new password for example:
https://www.mql5.com/en/auth_forgotten

I use the same stored credentials all the time, I only ever login with my MQL username,  but sometimes I simply get the error and I am unable to login to the website from my mobile devices, but fine on the PC, it is a thing it happens but it normally clears after a few hours

I'm using Android app. And username to login. Not authorized. The error message in the attached screenshot.

Windows login succeeds.

Please advise on that

I am not using mobile Metatrader (and I can not help with mobile Metatrader). Because I am near my computer all the time, and I do not need mobile Metatrader to watch the trades (I am watching them using my computer).

Try to connect using desktop Metatrader.

Besides, if your password is google/facebook related password (if you came here from facebook or from google with password) so you should change it using this link:
https://www.mql5.com/en/auth_forgotten
or try to change password anyway (hope it helps).
