As you did not provide any technical information for the forum users so there is one way only for help: you can help by yourself.
In this case - read post #1 where I collected all the information for possible fixing the errors/issues related to the Market products.

What's not clear in what I wrote,
Nowhere on the site did I see a solution to my problem
I manage to download the indicators for MT4
But MT4 removes the indicator

Not every customer has technical knowledge
I bought indicators, I expect them all to work without interruption

no one can trust anyone and no one believes in anything.
And it is responsibility of the users to provide all necessary information for the forum and for the service desk to reproduce the situation for possible fixing.

So, you can try to fix it by yourself by repeating all the steps which I did on the post #1 , or ask the seller to help you to install the product (or he may fix his product in case it is possible bug).
