You can check about the following:
- did you fill Community tab with your forum login and forum password? (do not use your email for login),
- also check Internet Explorer (the latest version should be installed on your computer; I am having version 11).
And look at this thread for more details: https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/352941

I can't re-download indicators
GuyHudson2, 2020.10.08 04:54
I think I solve it. I found this quote:
"SOLVED.
1.open data folder 2.once you open the data folder go back to the Terminal folder .3 once in the terminal folder go to the Community folder and delete everything in there ,restart mt4 and in mt4 go to terminal/market and login to your mql5 account and everything should work "
Also, it could be because those indicators that I tried to re-download were located in the "Expert Advisors" Folder. When I deleted them, the "download" button showed up just fine. Just want to express this goof-up in case someone else run into this jam. Thanks for the help. I'll get back to you if something else comes up.
Edited but still the same
It is same procedure as described on this thread: https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/363080 (read the thread and see screenshots and more).
And check this thread too: https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/359466
Make sure that you fill Community tab in Metatrader with your forum login and your forum password (your forum login is wasawatpanichpo; do not use your email for login). And make sure that this EA was not already installed in Metatrader.
----------------
You can fix it only by yourself (because no one kows any technical details about what you did, MT4 or MT5, Metatrader journal/logs, and more and more).
You can check everything which I provided once again.

And read this post about what to check and what to do: #1

Here is what support told me:
Dear user,
If you want to use products from the Market, please try to get another VPS instance and try again.
What is it?
When I buy a product in the Market, I cannot know in advance whether I can then install it on a VPS?
HOW IS THAT???

Some VPS providers are blocked due to fraudulent activities, like license sharing, etc.
Hence, they have been blocked by Metaquotes.
Of course, you can't know this upfront, but the tip of the Service Desk is correct.
The solution is to use another VPS provider or your local computer to use the tools you purchased.

You can install the product on your computer.
But if you want install the product of the computer which is managed by the other person(s) (not your computer) so you should ask them about it.
For example - VPS:
- some VPS providers installed some security feature which may be good for usual VPS users/clients but it is preventing the traders to use Market product; for example, - ForexVPS. If it is the case so the you ask the support of VPS provider to make some changes for you in your VPS;
example about how the other users of this forum are doing with it: post #15 - some VPS providers were blocked from MQL5 Market - read post #19
