telephone number validation problem

Hello,

I wanted to renew my subscription, already first question: there is no more Paypal: is this normal?

I wanted to go through the CB but I am asked to validate my phone number but when I go to the security page and that I enter my number I then press save and nothing happens impossible to save my number . I tried to change my browser but it doesn't change anything.
