Moving trendlines when switching to different time frame

I have a problem with moving trendlines when I switch to different time frame

No, you don't. They are not moving. You drew them on a higher timeframe (i.e. D1), so the time stamp of the endpoints will be the candle start time (i.e. start of day).

If you move down a TF, select the line and move the endpoints right to the correct candle.
