Tester report template missing

I cannot find the tester report template "ReportTester.htm" in any of my MT5 installations. It should be located under /MQL5/Profiles/Templates according to the documentation.

What I'm actually trying to do is getting the Positions out of a Backtest Report. In the Account History Report, I get Positions, Orders and Deals exported. In the Backtest Report, I only get Orders and Deals.

Is there any way to get the Positions exported in a Backtest as well?
