1. Open MT4,
2. Click on "File" -> "Open Data Folder"
3. Double click on "MQL5"
4. Place the downloaded file "AlertingSystem.mq4" in the folder "Experts"
5. Double click on the downloaded file "AlertingSystem.mq4" and click on "compile"
