Help!....
I have an MT5 account with XM.COM
I can successfully login to MT5 Web Trader with my credentials
However, when I use the same credentials to login via MT5 for PC, I am getting the message 'no connection to XM.COM-MT5'
I also have another account for MT4 which, works absolutely fine via MT4 Web Trader and MT4 for PC.
I also tried on a laptop...and its the same experience.
Things I noticed about MT5 for PC: I dont get a full list of brokers when I search (compared to MT4) and the bottom-right corner which shows the connection status is just showing "0/0 Kb"
Can anyone please help1???
