[Time and energy management] How strong independency is needed for professional traders?

Dear experienced traders

The best situation should be to completely liberate your time and energy by automated trading, and gradually achieve all-round freedom of time, energy and property.

But I found out that the things are more difficult, Forex have some special attractive points.

For example, I am a totally normal investor. Despite this, I'd like spend almost all of my extra time to learn more about Forex, and it is quite difficult for me to manage time and energy.

It's hard to imagine how strong independency is needed for professional traders.

Dear experienced traders, can you give me some suggestions on how to control our energy and time as an amateur trader (Forex fan) or professional trader?
