Moving Average by Horizontal Line (Hline)

I am looking for a Horizontal line which do not display by the normal curved line, but instead, I only need it to show horizontal line level.

Is someone already have it or, can lead me to do it myself ?

Can you draw your thought into a picture? Now it is completely unclear what it is about.

Exactly.

Moving averages are, by definition, curves because they are moving. Your post makes no sense.

It seems that it's exactly what i am looking for.
It's in mql5, my project is in mql4. I will convert it, and post it for thoose who want to have it for mt4.
I just need more time than others because i am not yet very skilled in code.

I failed to convert the indicator (mql5 to mql4).
Too heavy for my actual knowledge. So I give up your great example
