Pls I just wanted to ask that if I installed an indicator from mql5 on my laptop do I see the setup on my phone or I need to take my laptop in order to take those trades

Custom indicators, like those sold as Market products, only work on the desktop version of MetaTrader. They do not work on the mobile version of MetaTrader.

Is your purchase for MT5?

If it is, then login into your MQL5 account in MT5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community with your 12621 login and NOT your email or any other and you will find your purchase in the Navigator window >> Market >> My Purchases.

If you can't install it, then look at the Journal tab log of your MT5 terminal for any messages or errors.
