hello, I requested arbitration last Saturday for an order, but I still haven't received anything. The order is still blocked. The developer agreed to place the order but then never gave me anything. What should I do?

I can't understand why a developer agrees to do the ea, knowing they don't. Now I will have to wait a long time due to the wrong behavior of a developer. I had given 3 days to do it, but the developer told me in 1 day he would do it: he is completely gone, never responds. I can't understand this behavior and how mql5 trusts certain developers.

Good evening, if I click "cancel Job" at the bottom right of the order page, do I cancel the order and get my money back? I am attaching the screenshot of what comes out if I click "cancel job".  The "cancel job" entry is under arbitration
