i make withdrawal from account with mastercard paytment method..

but its rejected..

anyone can tell me, where the problem..? so i can fix it..

Have you contacted your bank as instructed?

Not all cards are available/valid for incoming transfers.

To clarify, not all countries work either (regardless of bank/card type). Depending on your country, you may not be able to withdraw at all.

You can't withdraw non-earned funds, for any other case contact the Service Desk:

 
I had the same problem.

I deposited 700$ for a freelance to do my work, and he didn't do his work even after 1 month after the due date. 

I asked for arbitration, I won, but I lost 10% in the fee.

And I have to plead admin to let me withdraw.

Now I will not consider this platform to do big amount project, maybe less then 100$, I will considered.
