I'm desperate.
I've hired a Dev since 3weeks now, he accepted the job then disappeared, then read my messages, and disappeared again , answering when he want, not sending any prototype or good reaction.
I've asked for arbitration, He then took my number, wrote me on telegram once to apologize and promise he'll work on my job, that he had life issues, and then disappeared again, he reads my
messages, but no reaction.
I want the support to react on my case and close the arbitration in my favor as this guy is fooling me around.
Support reacted once at the beginning and then nothing. How can i contact the support to make an end to my agony.
