Refund for deleted EA?

I rented an EA that has now been removed from the market, whether by the seller or by MQL5.com isn't revealed, but probably the latter because it was fake. Does the seller keep the money? If so, MQL5.com is facilitating fraud. It isn't enough to just stop it when it is discovered. Restitution is appropriate, and perhaps reprisal as well.

The fact that it disappeared does not make it a fraud.

You should be able to use it for the period you rented it.

Thanks for the reply Marco. Why was it removed then? It did not make any trades during the time I rented it while the back test showed $1000 increasing to more than $1,000,000 in less than a year with no periods longer than 2-3 days out of the market. Other purchasers made the same comments and reviews.

Now I see that the seller has suspended it, and is working on updates so I'll wait and see.
