Good to know Sky. Any links or guidance you can share on possible options on how to use broker data into backtester based on your experience would b great. :)

Hi, Tom. I'm not really good at test.

You can try to start a new topic, or I can help you to start one.

Hello,

I have noticed the different result between backtesting and forward testing.

And I don't think we should completely trust a back test.

There are too many parameters that make a big difference (delay between your terminal (pc/vps) and broker server, broker's live server overload, internet connection).

Thank you,Nikolaos.

For the parameter which I can set, I set them exactly same. And for the delay, I set it similar to my real delay.

However I can't do anything to the parameters can not change by user and other environment reason.
