Advice on interactive Expert panel with Multiple entry and stop criteria

Need some advice before I request the EA to be programmed.

The basic criteria as per below and I want to know if this is achievable and open to suggestions if this will be too complex for one expert to handle.

  • Can be traded with or without a filter - The filter is an indicator based on higher non standard or standard timeframe - H8 and I also use the H12 on other pairs when trading below H1 above H1 I use the Daily/ weekly as the trend.
  • Four different entries - all entries either managed on one of two stop methods, fractal or supertrend and to trail some of the entries based on a lower timeframe supertrend selected via ticket number. I currently have a purchased product that allow me to do this but will not benefit me when converting my strategy to an EA.
  • One of the entries is based on a trendline break
  • Aggressive entry is based on a version of stochastic.(Fourth entry)
  • Entries are hedged in a unique way.
  • Interactive panel allow adjustments to the stops, partial close and option to activate all 4 entry methods with or without trend filter.

Any advice on the EA development and or a programmer in the freelance community with the capability to pull this off would be greatly appreciated.
