how to change indicator's code from Mql4 to Mql5 - page 2

Hi @Mladen Rakic,

I would like to have your help in the development of the combination of 2 indicators, RSI together with the ALLIGATOR indicator, 

RSI 8 Periods, levels 10 and 90

Alligator, all settings in 1

When the alligator touches or crosses the 10 or 90 levels of the RSI, a notification/alert is generated.

Could you help me?
