But I am sure this symbol is on my symbol lists，and i setting it show all。
Your broker probably uses a suffix after each currency pair, like EURJPYm or EURJPY. or something and you can't copy the normal EURJPY etc. symbols.
Contact the signal provider for suggested broker/server setups.
Make sure though that you've enabled all above symbols for trading in your MT4/5 terminal.
