Doesn't the journal or trade comment tell you why they were closed?
Possibly a margin call?
Keith Watford:
Strictly speaking a margin call don't close any trade. A stop out do it. And some brokers put the trigger % at the same level.

Hi Guys..
This morning from 00:54 South Africa time to about 03:56, (while I was sleeping and not trading) all the open trades on my demo account started closing, almost wiping out my entire "trading balance".
My account was standing at almost 90% profit when the Corona Virus happened and the resulting volatility. I had some really bad trades open.
My question is:
Why did all those open trades close by themselves? None of them hit a TP or SL.
Is this MetaTrader's way of preventing my account from going negative?
Will gladly supply more info if needed.
This event would have been catastrophic had my account been live and it will affect my decision to use metatrader at all when I do start trading live.
Regards
Neville
